Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Bid Manager – IT to join our team in New Delhi for a full-time, on-site role. The Bid Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end proposal and bid processes for IT projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to evaluate technical and commercial requirements, and ensuring compliance with client specifications. The role involves coordinating with internal teams for input collection, document preparation, and executing bid strategies to maximize win potential. Additionally, the Bid Manager will analyze market trends, maintain close communication with stakeholders, and optimize bid presentations tailored to client needs.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in bid management, tendering, proposal management, or government procurement processes
Proven experience handling end-to-end government/PSU tenders including bid identification, RFP analysis, compliance management, bid submission, and post-bid coordination
Strong hands-on experience with tendering portals such as:
Experience in IT Infrastructure, Data Centre, Networking, Smart City, Surveillance, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Telecom, or System Integration projects
Strong understanding of:
Experience coordinating with technical, OEM, finance, legal, and sales teams during bid preparation
Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously under strict timelines
