We are starting our operations in Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
We have opening for HR enthusiast for Recruitment & Placements.
Here you will be working on placement of the senior candidates across the globe. The role will be less of hunting the candidate and more of grabbing the opportunity for the candidates.
Responsibilities as a Recruiter:
- Identify good openings meeting to the qualification of the senior candidates.
- Screening & Filtering of the openings to match the qualifications.
- Talk to the hiring manager and schedule a discussion round.
- Close on the compensation part and conclude.
Qualifications
- MBA in HR is mandatory.
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
- High-energy and passion
- Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
- Experience of 5+ Yrs is mandatory
Compensation
- We will decide on this while signing up the contract.
Location
- atleast 1 day in office @ Ahmedabad / Gandhinagar.
