Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Sr. Accountant / Accountant to manage accounting operations, statutory compliance, banking coordination, MIS reporting, and financial documentation. The candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to support smooth financial processes within the organization.
Key Responsibilities Areas
1. Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities.
- Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, journals, and reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate accounting entries and financial records.
2. Taxation & Statutory Compliance
- Handle GST and TDS return filing data.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and taxation requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
3. Banking & Reconciliation
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify financial transactions.
- Monitor customer payments and vendor settlements.
- Coordinate with banks for routine financial activities.
4. MIS Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare MIS reports and financial data for management.
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
- Ensure systematic filing and data accuracy.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation laws
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in Tally, Microsoft Excel, Word, and ERP/SAP systems
- Good analytical and numerical skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Ability to maintain confidential financial information responsibly
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B. Com)
- 5 to 10 years of experience in Accounting & Finance
- Experience in manufacturing industry will be preferred
Additional Details
- Salary: As per market standards (Depends on experience)
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
