Barista/Waitress Full Time

The Cozy Cup is looking for energetic, disciplined, and customer-focused staff members to handle beverage preparation, snack preparation, and customer service operations within the café. The role requires speed, cleanliness, consistency, and the ability to work efficiently during busy hours.

This is not a casual “stand and serve” role. Staff will be expected to maintain product quality, hygiene standards, and smooth daily operations at all times.

Key ResponsibilitiesBeverage Preparation

Prepare and serve:

• Bubble Tea / Boba Tea
• Iced Teas
• Fruit Teas
• Slushies
• Milk-based beverages
• Other café specialty drinks as per SOPs

Responsibilities include:

• Measuring ingredients accurately
• Operating sealing machines, blenders, induction/gas equipment, and tea brewers
• Cooking and handling tapioca pearls/boba
• Maintaining drink consistency and presentation
• Managing beverage stock and ingredients

Frozen Snack Preparation

Prepare and serve frozen snack items such as:

• Momos
• Fries
• Nuggets
• Spring rolls
• Popcorn chicken
• Other quick-service frozen foods

Responsibilities include:

• Frying/steaming/heating food items properly
• Maintaining food safety and hygiene
• Ensuring proper portioning and presentation
• Monitoring oil quality and equipment cleanliness

Customer Service Duties

• Greet and assist customers professionally
• Take customer orders accurately
• Recommend menu items and combos
• Handle billing and digital payments
• Resolve basic customer concerns politely

Cleaning & Hygiene Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, counters, utensils, and equipment
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards strictly
• Wear gloves, apron, cap, and maintain personal hygiene
• Assist in opening and closing cleaning duties

Inventory & Operational Support

• Monitor stock levels of tea, syrups, toppings, cups, frozen snacks, etc.
• Inform management about low inventory
• Reduce wastage and prevent ingredient misuse
• Support smooth café operations during rush hours
