Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Raipur for a Client Servicing – Influencer Marketing professional. The role involves managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating with influencers to deliver effective marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include effective communication, resolving client queries, maintaining high standards of customer service, and collaborating with the finance team for budgetary planning and reporting. The candidate will represent the organization in a professional manner while sustaining long-term client partnerships.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Client Services with a strong focus on building and maintaining professional relationships
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction
• Knowledge of Customer Satisfaction strategies and handling client requirements effectively
• Familiarity with Finance-related aspects of project management, including budgeting and cost analysis
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing is advantageous
