Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Raipur for a Social Media Specialist & Content Creator. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s social media presence by creating and scheduling engaging content tailored for various platforms. Responsibilities include monitoring social media trends, running targeted campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and engaging with the online audience to build a strong digital community. Collaborating with the marketing team, the role also involves developing strategies to amplify the company’s brand and align content with broader marketing goals.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Strategic Marketing techniques
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for audience engagement
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize digital campaigns
- Experience with graphic design tools or video editing software is an advantage
- A strong understanding of renewable energy or prior experience in the energy sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
