Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Artist On-Boarding Specialist.

The Specialist will be responsible for onboarding new artists onto the platform, guiding them through the process of creating digital portfolios, and assisting them in understanding and utilizing the platform’s features.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining communication with artists, gathering their feedback, addressing their concerns, and ensuring they are supported throughout their journey on Stars N Celebs.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage with artists and onboard them effectively
• Familiarity with digital platforms and portfolio creation to guide and support artists
• Ability to gather and analyze user feedback to improve artist experience
• Experience in talent management, creative industries, or influencer marketing is a plus
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills to work independently in a remote setup
• Proficiency in using digital tools, social media, or artist networking platforms is an advantage
• Passion for supporting and empowering creators in their professional growth
