Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct client care in individual and group settings using structured teaching and natural environment training methods.
- Implement behavior intervention, skill development, and behavior reduction programs as per treatment plans.
- Collect, record, and maintain accurate data on client progress and observable behaviors.
- Assist in parent and caregiver training aligned with individualized therapy goals.
- Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers regarding client progress and support plans.
- Follow safe and appropriate client handling procedures while ensuring client confidentiality.
- Support Behavioral Technicians, Behavior Analysts, and Pediatric Neurologists with therapy-related documentation and materials.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment.
- Collaborate with treatment teams, caregivers, and external professionals for effective client support.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical and professional skills.
