We’re looking for a highly driven Sourcer / Associate Recruiter to help us identify and engage exceptional talent for high-growth startups and global companies.
You’ll work closely with founders, hiring managers, and recruiters on searches across engineering, GTM, product, quant, AI, and leadership roles.
What You’ll Do
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, X, research tools, communities, and databases
- Build targeted talent pipelines for technical and business roles
- Send personalized outreach to candidates
- Identify strong profiles based on company background, education, technical depth, and startup fit
- Maintain candidate trackers and sourcing data
- Assist with recruiter coordination and screening processes
What We’re Looking For
- Strong sourcing and internet research skills
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, Apollo, Gem, or similar tools
- Ability to identify top talent from startups, YC companies, Big Tech, consulting firms, or quantitative backgrounds
- Strong written communication
- High ownership and responsiveness
- Interest in startups, venture-backed companies, AI, SaaS, or executive search
Nice to Have
- Previous recruiting agency or startup hiring experience
- Experience sourcing for technical or executive roles
- Familiarity with LATAM, US, or global hiring markets
Compensation
