1. Customer Engagement
Handle inbound calls from existing and potential customers. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner. Provide accurate information about our services, pricing, and ongoing promotions.
2. Lead Management
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and feedback. Update customer databases with relevant contact information and call outcomes. Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and drive conversions.
3. Targets and Reporting
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and sales conversions. Prepare regular reports on call activities, conversion rates, and customer feedback. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve calling strategies and overall performance.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 – ₹150,000.00 per month
