We’re Hiring – Warehouse Supervisor

Experience: 2–5 Years

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations, inventory movement, dispatch coordination, and team handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise inward, outward, packing, and dispatch operations

• Ensure timely order processing and shipment coordination

• Maintain inventory accuracy and stock movement records

• Coordinate with logistics and courier partners

• Handle RTO, RTV, and return processes

• Maintain warehouse discipline, hygiene, and SOP compliance

• Manage manpower allocation and warehouse staff coordination

• Prepare daily operational and inventory reports

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse or supply chain operations

• Experience in D2C/E-commerce warehouse operations preferred

• Knowledge of inventory management and dispatch processes

• Basic Excel and reporting skills

• Good leadership and coordination abilities

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
