We are hiring : Freelance / Part-Time IT Recruiter (Work From Home)
We are seeking a motivated, results-driven IT Recruiter with 1 to 3 years of experience into recruitment to join our team on a part-time, commission-based basis.
Job Details:
Employment Type: Part-Time / Freelance
Compensation: Commission-Based (Earn per successful placement)
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Experience Required: 1–3 years in IT recruitment
Language : English and Hindi
Key Responsibilities:
– Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various technical roles.
– Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, social media to post jobs and candidate search.
– Coordinate interview schedules
Mandatory Infrastructure (Must Have):
– A Laptop/PC , Internet connection, smart phone
