Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Security Personnel to join our team on-site in Palakkad. The role involves managing the physical security of the premises, monitoring and implementing cybersecurity measures, and ensuring the safety of network and information systems. Security Personnel will be responsible for conducting routine security checks, identifying and mitigating risks, and coordinating with management to address security issues. Strong communication skills and vigilance are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Cybersecurity and Network Security protocols to ensure data protection and safeguard systems.
• Knowledge and experience in Physical Security measures to protect facilities and personnel.
• Competency in Information Security to maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of company data.
• Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, report incidents, and interact with stakeholders.
• Attention to detail, vigilance, and the ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
• Familiarity with security tools and technologies; certifications in security-related fields are a plus.
• Previous experience in a security-related role is preferred but not mandatory.
