Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manager/Assistant General Manager in Banking, Treasury & Fund Management, located in Hyderabad. The role involves managing banking relationships, overseeing treasury operations, handling fund management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The position requires monitoring cash flows, managing risk, and supporting the organization’s financial health by proposing and implementing effective financial strategies. It is an Individual Contributor role.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Banking Operations and Treasury Management, including handling banking relationships, negotiating with financial institutions, and ensuring optimal utilization of funds.
• Proficiency in Fund Management, Cash Flow Management, and Risk Mitigation strategies to support organizational objectives.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliances and reporting requirements in the banking and financial sector.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Effective communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Professional certifications such as CA, CFA, or MBA in Finance are preferred.
