About the job
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Online Business Development Executive to join our team at Piysan. The role involves handling company-generated leads, driving conversions through effective communication, and managing client relationships post-sales. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with 0–1 year experience who want to build a career in sales, client handling, and SaaS/online solutions.
Key Responsibilities
· Connect with qualified leads provided by the company via calls and online channels
· Clearly explain the product/software features, benefits, and value proposition
· Convert leads into customers by closing sales effectively
· Onboard new clients and ensure smooth account setup
· Provide basic training and product walk through to clients post-sale
· Act as a single point of contact for clients for any issues, queries, or support
· Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
· Identify opportunities for upselling and renewals
Eligibility Criteria
· Education: BBA / MBA / Graduate (any stream)
· Experience: Fresher or candidates with 0–1 year experience
· Preference for candidates with 6 months – 1 year experience in online sales / tele-calling / SaaS sales
Required Skills
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Confidence in handling sales calls and client interactions
· Basic understanding of online tools/software platforms
· Ability to learn quickly in a startup environment
· Problem-solving attitude with a customer-first approach
· Computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.)
