Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals and social media
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
Contact candidates and schedule interviews
Maintain candidate database and tracker sheets
Coordinate with the HR team during the recruitment process
Post job openings on different platforms
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status
Requirements
Good communication skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
Familiarity with job portals like Indeed or LinkedIn is an advantage
MS Excel and computer knowledge
Ability to work in a team
Qualification
Any degree pursuing/completed
