Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Business Development Executive. The BDE will be responsible for identifying, generating, and nurturing leads, building strong client relationships, and managing accounts to drive business growth. Daily responsibilities include developing new business strategies, communicating with potential clients, maintaining existing relationships, and reaching sales and business development goals. The candidate will also collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Generate and collect leads through different platforms
• Connect with potential clients through calls and follow-ups
• Explain NTQS Digital services professionally
• Schedule meetings and coordinate with internal teams
• Handle client onboarding process
• Maintain regular follow-ups for lead conversion
• Ensure payment follow-ups and collections are completed on time
• Update lead status and maintain proper tracking
Required Skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities
• Basic understanding of digital marketing services
• Ability to handle clients professionally
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
Preferred Skills
• Experience in Digital Marketing / IT / Agency sales
• Knowledge of SEO, Meta Ads, Websites, and Social Media Marketing
• CRM handling experience is an added advantage
