Role and Responsibility
Measures
AR Management & Collection Process
– Own total AR management.
– Collection/AR Days as per target.
– Ensure “0” cash bills on credit delivery.
– “0” bills for cash and cost operations.
– 100% AR hit rate.
Cash & Bank Operations
– Ensure cash and bank processes are in place and working.
– Budget compliance for expenses.
– Manage bank deposits, transfers, withdrawals, and maintain cordial relationships with the bank.
– Smooth banking operations, no missed reconciliations.
Database Maintenance
– Maintain master database files (Item Master, Price Master, Customer Master, etc.).
– 100% accuracy and updated entries in Master files.
– Ensure transaction database file maintenance compliance.
– 100% compliance with transaction file maintenance.
– 100% accurate and complete IDS reports.
Housekeeping
– Follow proper posting and backup procedures.
– 100% compliance with posting and backup procedures.
– Maintain historical transactions as per requirements.
– Historical transaction data is well-maintained.
Order Management
– Process market orders and manage systemic stock allocation.
– 100% accurate invoices and e-invoices.
– “0” available inventory cutoff.
Decision Support & Information Mgmt
– Ensure accurate postings in P&G customized reports.
– 100% of transactions posted in P&G customized reports.
– Generate and use reports for decision-making.
– 100% accurate records and timely report submission.
Education
– Graduate in any discipline (preferably B.Com or BSC IT).
Pay: ₹13,000.00 – ₹16,000.00 per month
