Junior Social Media Strategist Full Time

Location: Gurugram (with travel across Delhi NCR)

Please note: This is a strictly work-from-office role in Gurgaon, and only candidates currently residing in Gurgaon will be considered.

Experience Required: 1–2 years in social media management must.

Salary: ₹3.2-4.8 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

·        Manage and grow our social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn

·        Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories)

·        Bring fresh content ideas aligned with trends and brand identity

·        Generate leads through organic and paid strategies

·        Run and optimize ad campaigns (Meta & LinkedIn)

·        Coordinate and execute photoshoots at project sites

·        Analyze performance and improve engagement and reach

Skills Required:

·        Strong understanding of social media trends and algorithms

·        Experience in running paid campaigns and lead generation

·        Proficiency in Canva, Lightroom or Photoshop, CapCut/VN (video editing tools)

·        Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager

·        Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and performance tracking

·        Ability to use tools like ChatGPT/AI for content ideation is a plus

·        Good communication and creative thinking skills

·        Basic photography and videography skills (mandatory)

Additional Requirements:

·        Willingness to travel across Delhi NCR for site visits and photoshoots

·        Self-driven and able to take ownership of social media growth
