Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Export Specialist role based in Pune Division. The Export Specialist will oversee export operations, manage necessary documentation, and liaise with customers and stakeholders involved in import-export activities. The role involves ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, facilitating smooth customs processes, and providing excellent customer service to international clients. Additional responsibilities include coordinating logistics and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Export Documentation and knowledge of Import-Export regulatory requirements
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to support business relationships and address client needs
- Understanding of Export and International Trade processes
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Proficiency in using office software and familiarity with related digital tools
- Knowledge of regional and global trade laws and practices is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Work experience in export-import and logistics is highly desirable
