Qualification
B.Tech / BCA / MCA / Diploma in IT or related fields
Key Skills We’re Looking For
- Basic understanding of computer systems and software support techniques.
- Hands-on experience in client support, software issue resolution, and user assistance.
- Proficiency in Excel, MS Office, GPS, GIS Software, and project management tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and perform well under pressure.
