Paid Ads Specialist – Fresher Full Time

Position: PPC Expert & SEO Executive

Location: Indore (On-site)

Experience: 6 months – 1 year

Education: Master’s Degree is mandatory

We are looking for a driven digital marketing professional who can not only manage PPC and SEO but also play a key role in generating quality leads and improving conversion performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and other PPC campaigns with a strong focus on lead generation
• Drive SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and generate inbound leads
• Build and optimize lead funnels, landing pages, and conversion paths
• Monitor and improve Cost Per Lead (CPL), Conversion Rate, and ROI
• Conduct keyword research focused on high-intent, lead-generating search terms
• Manage campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tracking tools
• Collaborate with content/design teams to improve ad creatives and landing page performance
• Work with CRM/lead tracking tools to ensure proper lead capture and follow-up efficiency

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, and lead generation strategies
• Understanding of funnel marketing and conversion optimization
• Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills
• Good communication skills (written & verbal)
• Ability to handle multiple campaigns and meet performance targets
• Basic understanding of remarketing and audience targeting
