Product & Supply Chain Manager Full Time

We are looking for a versatile, detail-oriented Product & Supply Chain Manager to join our founding team. You will be the bridge between “the idea” and “the shelf,” owning the complete product lifecycle for our Jar Candle manufacturing operations. This role will oversee sourcing of key raw materials such as glass jars, wax, fragrances, wicks, lids, labels, and packaging, while managing supplier coordination, inventory planning, logistics, and production support. You will work closely with our Senior Chandler to ensure smooth manufacturing workflows, timely procurement, quality compliance, cost optimization, and seamless product launches, ensuring production stays efficient and market-ready.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Development (PD): Partner with the Senior Chandler to bring new collections to life. You will manage the product roadmap, deadlines, and “go-to-market” strategy.
• Strategic Sourcing: Research and vet suppliers for wax, glass, wicks, and packaging. Negotiate pricing and lead times to protect our margins.
• Inventory & Logistics: Manage stock levels for raw materials and finished goods. Coordinate shipping with carriers and handle 3PL (third-party logistics) relationships.
• Cost Management: Maintain the “Bill of Materials” (BOM) for every product. Monitor COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) and identify opportunities to save money without sacrificing quality.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure all packaging meets legal labeling requirements and that incoming raw materials meet our high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years in supply chain, operations, or product management (CPG/Home Fragrance experience is a huge plus).
• Analytical Mindset: Expert level in Excel/Google Sheets; you should love numbers and data-driven decision-making.
• Startup DNA: You are a “doer” who can pivot quickly and manage multiple vendor relationships simultaneously.
• Communication: Ability to speak the language of “artisans” (the makers) and “executives” (the business side).
