Sourcing Specialist – Chemicals & Pharma Full Time

Clyzo is hiring dynamic and enthusiastic professionals for the role of Sourcing Executive / Procurement Executive in the Pharma and Specialty Chemical domain. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about procurement, vendor management, international sourcing, and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).
• Generate monthly MIS reports and submit them to management.
• Handle vendor development, contract manufacturing, and loan licensing activities.
• Negotiate supplier contracts to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize procurement planning.
• Coordinate transportation and shipment activities with external vendors and logistics partners.
• Manage domestic and international supplier relationships for continuous improvement in quality, delivery, and cost.
• Procure pharmaceutical raw materials (APIs, Excipients, Solvents, Specialty Chemicals) from domestic and international suppliers.
• Provide quotations to the sales team for daily inquiries.
• Coordinate with QA, Logistics, and Inventory teams for smooth operational flow.
• Resolve QA-related queries and rejection/documentation issues.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Sales & Marketing, International Sales, Business Development, or related fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with manufacturers and suppliers.
• Candidates from Pharma, Biotechnology, or Science backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
