As a Specialist Lead, Business Development Intelligence and Enablement, you will support Growth Platforms leaders by driving alliance operations, reporting, governance, and go-to-market enablement across priority partner relationships. This role blends strategic coordination and operational execution to help strengthen alliance performance, improve visibility into key metrics, and support market-facing initiatives across Deloitte’s Growth Platforms portfolio.

Growth Platforms Specialists provide mission critical operations support to Growth Platforms teams across Deloitte Consulting’s portfolio of Growth Platforms partners. The Growth Platforms Specialists will have a breadth of responsibilities which directly support the strategic initiatives of our Growth Platforms teams. Activities include:

Join Deloitte’s Growth Platforms team, working at the nexus of strategic alliances and technology domains. In this role, you’ll partner deeply with Growth Platform Leaders and Relationship Managers to drive alliance-led growth, optimize operational performance, and deliver strategic impact across targeted sectors. You will own both the operational rigor and domain alignment essential for market differentiation and effective relationship management.

• Partner with Relationship Manager and domain leaders to shape and execute strategies in pursuit of Deloitte’s and the partner’s business objectives.
• Support Relationship Manager or domain leader in shaping the annual business plan.
• Actively collaborate in designing and launching joint campaigns, co-innovation initiatives, and domain-specific solutions that unlock new market opportunities.
• Facilitate cross-functional integration, ensuring alliance and other operations teams contribute to and benefit from shared goals across marketing, sales and community operations, Jupiter, KX, certifications, and other activities.
• Establish and manage structured governance frameworks such as Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Executive Business Reviews (EBRs), and steering committees for the Growth Platform.
• Track key deliverables, commitments, and KPIs, ensuring timely execution and accountability across Deloitte and Growth Platform leadership teams.
• Prepare and coordinate meeting agendas, supporting materials, and follow-up documentation for senior leadership.
• Own comprehensive alliance reporting, including sourced/influenced pipeline, revenue, certifications, and investment levels.
• Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and trackers that provide leadership with actionable insights and transparency.
• Regularly deliver strategic recommendations based on performance analytics to drive continuous improvement and increase alliance value.
• Manage operational execution of joint go-to-market (GTM) plays, partner campaigns, and programmatic initiatives, consolidating and reporting on performance metrics.
• Oversee partner program operations, including portal and deal registration management, market development funds (MDF) allocation, and incentive tracking.
• Ensure compliance with all partner program requirements, such as timely reporting and certification management.
• Collect and report feedback regularly on external sentiment for the Growth Platform (e.g., news, press reports, announcements). Scan sources to capture new ideas for joint solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge repositories, playbooks, and templates to drive consistency and efficiency across alliance management activities.
• Align internal priorities—including solution strategies, GTM plays, and delivery models—with alliance and partner program frameworks.
• Conduct research and gather market intelligence to inform U.S.-led alliance planning and strengthen Deloitte’s competitive positioning.
• Identify operational bottlenecks, recommending improvements to streamline alliance execution and boost scalability.
• Champion the adoption of standardized processes and automation to maximize productivity and operational excellence.
• Foster knowledge-sharing and best practice adoption across regions, service lines, and alliance teams.
• Work closely with Growth Platform Partner and Deloitte Growth Platform Marketing Managers to develop the joint marketing plan.
• Monitor progress in execution of the plan.
• Develop industry / sector relevant briefing decks.
• Coordinate conference planning with LAP and SMP.
• Work with Deloitte team to identify topics and speaking sessions.
• Attend SKO physically for networking and support activities, as possible.
• Confirm Deloitte speakers, articulate and manage the material submission process.

Qualifications

Required:

• At least 8+ years of experience, minimum of 5 years driving joint go-to-market (GTM) initiatives within and managing complex partner ecosystems
• Working with at least 2 of the listed Alliances as a Lead. Amazon, DMTSP, Google, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Adobe, Anaplan, Cisco/Splunk, IBM, Informatica, Oracle, SailPoint, SAP, Workday, Anthropic, CrowdStrike, Databricks, NVIDIA, OpenAI, Palo Alto Networks, Ping Identity, Snowflake, Palantir.
• Demonstrated ability to align alliance strategies with domain goals, leveraging the full breadth of GP capabilities. You must be able to credibly engage with internal and external stakeholders on domain-specific topics and trends.
• Operational Excellence: Demonstrated expertise in governance, project and process management, and alliance program operations.
• Analytics: Proficiency in CRM, BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and Excel/Sheets for accurate pipeline, KPI, and compliance reporting.
• Alliance Program Knowledge: Deep familiarity with partner portals, deal registration processes, MDF, and certification tracking.
• Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional teaming skills with executive presence; ability to engage and influence stakeholders across domains and geographies.
• Detail Orientation & Compliance: Strong commitment to reporting accuracy and adherence to all partner requirements and deadlines.
• Continuous Improvement: Proactive mindset toward efficiency, automation, and operational standardization.
• Bachelor’s degree

Preferred:

• Project Management experience or PMP Certification is a plus.
• Experience working on quick-turnaround projects is preferred.
