The Impact You’ll Make

As a Purchase & Store Executive, you will be the backbone of our supply chain—ensuring that the right materials are sourced at the right time, at the right cost, and stored in optimal conditions. Your work will directly influence production timelines, cost efficiency, and product quality, making you a key player in our operational success.

What You’ll Do

• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best quality materials at competitive prices.
• Raise purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely procurement to avoid production delays.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or inventory management software.
• Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and finance teams to align procurement with operational needs.
• Monitor supplier performance and build long-term, trust-based relationships.
• Implement best practices in storage to maintain material quality and reduce wastage.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in procurement, inventory, or store management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Tally ERP, Oracle NetSuite) and MS Excel.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple vendors.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Knowledge of inventory control techniques and basic quality checks.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
