Bid Manager Full Time

We are looking for an experienced Bid Manager to manage end-to-end RFP/RFI/RFQ processes for Business Process Services engagements. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in bid management, proposal coordination, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration within a BPO/BPM environment.

Role Overview:

The Bid Manager will be responsible for driving complete RFX deliverables, coordinating with multiple internal teams, ensuring timely and high-quality proposal submissions, and supporting leadership reviews and client engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete bid lifecycle and RFX deliverables

• Prepare and present Deal Briefs

• Align SPOCs specific to scope and requirements

• Create RASCI matrix and assign ownership across teams

• Coordinate with solution, delivery, commercial, and industry teams to ensure timely submissions

• Collaborate with BPS, Geo, and cross-functional stakeholders

• Drive leadership reviews for solutions and commercials

• Set up SharePoint, governance cadence, and tracking mechanisms

• Capture and circulate MOMs and action trackers

• Create customized proposal templates and documentation

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and proposal quality

• Manage and execute client visits end-to-end

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Bid Management / Proposal Management within BPO/BPM environment

• Understanding of F&A, HR, Procurement, and Supply Chain functions

• Strong business acumen and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong MS Word and PowerPoint expertise

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under tight timelines

• Customer-focused and result-oriented approach
