Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with hospitals and regularly meet doctors to pitch financial products and services.
- Drive sales by promoting loan products and facilitating approvals and disbursements for patients.
- Coordinate closely with operations and collections teams to ensure smooth workflow and improved efficiency in product sales.
- Support end-to-end service delivery, ensuring timely communication between hospitals, patients, and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure strong written communication in English for all professional documentation and reporting.
