Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Trainee to support day-to-day finance and accounting operations. The role is ideal for candidates with 3–8 months of experience who are looking to build practical exposure in accounting, payroll, compliance, and financial reporting while working closely with the finance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily bookkeeping and accounting activities
- Support bank reconciliation and routine banking operations
- Maintain financial documentation and ensure records are updated accurately
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for finance-related activities
- Assist in data entry, invoice processing, and account reconciliations
Key Skills & Competencies
- Basic understanding of accounting and finance processes
- Familiarity with payroll concepts and compliance processes
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, data handling, reporting)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
Exposure to Zoho Books, Tally, or any ERP/accounting software
Internship or prior experience in finance/accounting operations

B.Com / M.Com /MBA (Finance)
