ERP Support Executive Full Time

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable ERP Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with educational ERP systems and a strong background in consulting, implementation, and support. As an ERP Support Executive, you will work closely with educational institutions to understand their needs, configure our ERP solutions to meet those needs, and provide ongoing support and training.

Key Responsibilities:

ERP Implementation:

• Lead the implementation of our ERP solutions from start to finish.
• Customize and configure ERP modules to align with client requirements.
• Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

Training and Support:

• Provide comprehensive training to end-users on ERP functionalities and best practices.
• Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance.
• Create and update training materials and documentation as needed.

Continuous Improvement:

• Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement in our ERP solutions.
• Work with the development team to propose enhancements and new features based on client feedback.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as an ERP support executive, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong understanding of educational administrative processes and challenges.
• Excellent project management skills with experience in leading ERP implementation projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
