Paid Campaigns Executive Full Time

Position Overview:

At Internet Moguls, we are on the hunt for a PPC Executive with hands-on, proven experience in managing successful paid campaigns—specifically within Google Ads and Meta platforms. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on data-driven strategies, loves optimizing for performance, and is passionate about helping hoteliers scale their revenue.

As a PPC Executive, you won’t just run ads—you’ll play a strategic role in identifying opportunities, crafting tailored campaign strategies, and ensuring that our hotel partners hit their growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategize, set up, and manage high-performance PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Partner with hoteliers to deeply understand their business objectives and align paid strategies accordingly.
• Manage campaign budgets, optimize bids, and constantly test creatives and ad formats for best performance.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta reporting.
• Present insights and recommendations to improve campaign results and revenue outcomes.
• Stay up to date with the latest PPC trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising.
• Collaborate with content and social media teams to ensure consistent messaging across all paid and organic efforts.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2-5 years of solid experience in managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, keyword research tools, and performance tracking dashboards.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills to draw actionable insights from data.
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and how it complements PPC.
• A self-starter mindset with a strong interest in the hospitality industry and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
