Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a CCTV Support Engineer located in Hosur. The CCTV Support Engineer will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to CCTV systems, providing customer support, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring timely issue resolution. The role also involves system installations, configurations, and collaborating with clients to deliver excellent technical experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience with troubleshooting and technical support, particularly for CCTV systems
• Proficiency with operating systems and related software tools
• Strong customer support and customer service skills to address client needs effectively
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of CCTV installation and configuration is a plus
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively
• Relevant certifications in technical support or networking are an advantage
• Diploma or degree in Engineering, IT, or a related technical field
