Role Summary
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Officer to drive secondary sales, appoint distributors, and expand market presence for APS Majeste products in the assigned territory. The candidate should have strong market knowledge, distributor handling capability, and experience in FMCG, cosmetics, skincare, or fragrance sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Appoint new distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners in the assigned territory
- Achieve monthly primary and secondary sales targets
- Develop strong relationships with distributors and retailers
- Ensure market coverage and product availability across outlets
- Execute company schemes, promotions, and branding activities
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Conduct regular market visits and retailer meetings
- Ensure timely collection and reporting
- Maintain sales reports, tour plans, and daily activity updates
- Coordinate with distributors for stock management and order processing
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and manage distributor networks
- Good understanding of FMCG / Beauty / Cosmetic market
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting systems
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline
- MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred
Experience
- 1–5 years experience in FMCG, Cosmetics, Skin Care, or Fragrance sales preferred
