Job description:

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
• Create and post job openings on various platforms
• Source and screen candidates as per job requirements
• Conduct initial telephonic and face-to-face interviews
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Manage employee onboarding and orientation
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
• Assist in training and development activities

Skills Required

• Good communication skills (Fluency in English)
• Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Outlook
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
