Job Summary

We are looking for a highly analytical, proactive, and result-oriented MIS Assistant Manager to support business operations through effective data management, reporting, analytics, and performance tracking across the organization. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of Geospatial industry operations and project data processing workflows, combined with excellent reporting, planning, and stakeholder management capabilities.

This role requires ownership of MIS reporting, revenue forecasting, KPI tracking, ERP governance, WIP monitoring, project reviews, invoicing follow-ups, and management dashboards. The candidate should be capable of translating operational data into actionable business insights while enabling leadership teams to make informed decisions.

The position demands a professional who is data-driven, technology-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

MIS & Reporting Management

• Design, prepare, and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports and dashboards.
• Generate analytical reports, business insights, and executive-level presentations for management reviews.
• Develop structured presentations and review decks for leadership meetings.

Business Analytics & Forecasting

• Forecast and maintain revenue baselines across annual, quarterly, and monthly business cycles.
• Track project financial performance and support planning activities.
• Monitor billing, invoice status, collections tracking, and revenue realization.

Operations & Performance Monitoring

• Maintain and monitor Daily/Monthly Work-in-Progress (WIP) reports.
• Track organizational KPIs, project milestones, resource allocation, and equipment utilization.
• Analyze operational performance trends and recommend corrective actions.

Review Governance & Project Coordination

• Lead weekly/monthly review meetings with internal stakeholders.
• Document Minutes of Meeting (MoM) and ensure timely closure of action items.
• Coordinate with project, operations, finance, and management teams for reporting accuracy.

ERP & Digital Transformation

• Maintain and control ERP reporting and compliance across organizational functions.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting automation and operational efficiency.
• Utilize AI-enabled reporting tools and modern analytics platforms for faster decision-making and tracking.

Desired Candidate Skills

• Fundamental understanding of Geospatial / GIS / Survey / Engineering project workflows and data processing
• Strong knowledge of Data Analytics, Reporting, Dashboarding, and Business Intelligence
• Excellent command of Power BI, Advanced Excel, Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides), ERP systems
• Exposure to AI tools and automation platforms for reporting and workflow optimization
• Knowledge of Project Management, KPI Monitoring, Revenue Tracking & P&L fundamentals
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under deadlines

Pay: ₹19,122.33 – ₹44,518.51 per month
