Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Noida, with flexibility to work remotely for certain tasks. As a Sales Representative, you will focus on identifying and developing business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting the company’s sustainable procurement solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting potential clients, presenting products, closing deals, and maintaining client relationships. You will also contribute to achieving sales targets, preparing market analyses, and assisting with customer communications and follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Sales and Communication: Proven skills in sales, key client relationship management, negotiations, and excellent verbal and written communication.
• Product Knowledge: Understanding of sustainable construction materials, renewable energy solutions, and green building initiatives is preferred.
• Market Analysis: Competency in market research, data analysis, and identifying business opportunities.
• Project Management: Ability to manage client interactions, handle multiple projects, and ensure timely deliverables.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving attitude, adaptability, and teamwork abilities.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and basic data entry.
• Additional Experience: Background in the infrastructure or construction industry is advantageous.
• Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
