Office Staff Supervisor Full Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and organized Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of pantry, housekeeping/cleaning, and cooking staff within the office premises. The candidate will ensure cleanliness, hygiene, food quality, staff discipline, and smooth day-to-day functioning of support services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage pantry, housekeeping, cleaning, and cooking staff.
• Ensure proper cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in office premises, pantry, kitchen, washrooms, and common areas.
• Monitor food preparation, serving quality, and kitchen hygiene.
• Assign daily duties and shifts to pantry and housekeeping staff.
• Maintain stock of pantry supplies, cleaning materials, and kitchen essentials.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety standards.
• Train staff on hygiene, safety, and workplace discipline.
• Ensure timely serving of tea, coffee, meals, and pantry-related services.
• Handle staff attendance, leave management, and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate with vendors for pantry supplies and housekeeping materials.
• Report maintenance issues or shortages to management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in supervising housekeeping, pantry, or facility support staff.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Basic knowledge of hygiene, food safety, and housekeeping practices.
• Ability to manage inventory and staff schedules.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, attendance records, reporting) preferred.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, discipline, and organization.

Education:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
• Relevant experience in facility management, hospitality, or housekeeping supervision is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
