We specialize in content-driven marketing, branding, social media management, creator campaigns, and digital growth strategies.

Role Description:

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Executive / Content Coordinator who can manage content planning, content creation, creator coordination, social media execution, and day-to-day client communication.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Instagram trends, reels, content strategy, and social media growth. This role also requires active participation in content creation and shoots for both LeadNexus and client campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
• Content planning & social media strategy
• Instagram page management & posting
• Reel planning, scripting references & trend research
• Creating content for LeadNexus & client brands
• Shooting reels/content using own phone with a decent camera
• Coordinating creators, shoots & content execution
• Coordinating with graphic designers & video editors
• Client communication & delivery coordination
• Content calendar planning & execution
• Participating in shoots for LeadNexus & client campaigns
• Assisting in social media growth strategies
• Ensuring timely delivery of creatives & content

Requirements:
• Strong understanding of Instagram & reels ecosystem
• Good communication & coordination skills
• Creative mindset with execution ability
• Ability to handle multiple brands
• Organized workflow & time management
• Comfortable shooting reels/content using mobile phone
• Basic understanding of content marketing & branding

Preferred Qualifications
• 1–2 years experience in social media marketing
• Experience handling Instagram pages or client accounts
• Knowledge of Canva is a plus
• Experience coordinating shoots/creators is preferred
