Website: the Role:

• Responsible for managing overall information technology, computer systems & all network related activities to improve infrastructure costs, performance and end user satisfaction
• Provide leadership in planning and managing computer operations and production support, systems and database administration and network operations
• Ensure system performance and SLAs are met
• Manage IT resource requirements to ensure appropriate balance between tactical and strategic demands
• Implement IT continuous improvement programs
• Participate in the budget process
• Lead IT asset management team to ensure assets full lifetime cycle value is achieved
• Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
• Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
• Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
• Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
• Creating the policy & process w.r.t IT Functions
• Auditing systems and assess their outcomes & running the security patches
• Preserve assets, information security and control structures
• Configuring & managing the user policy w.r.t IT
• Responsible for creating and administering disaster plans that will keep the company functional in the event of a crisis
• Work closely with departmental managers to determine the maintenance and growth needs of the network
• Monitor changing network technology and deliver a technology update to the executive team each quarter
• Develop innovative network troubleshooting methods that reduce downtime and lower repair costs
• Determine the rationale and methods for upgrading company network software programs each time an update is released
• Should work towards making the company network secure from time to time.
• Should work towards IT infra security.

What We Require (Desired Skills And Abilities)

• At least 12-15 years of IT experience including managing teams responsible for architecture design and deployment, systems lifecycle management and infrastructure planning and operations.
• Strong management and people development skills
• Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs with ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence
• Must be a good problem solver
• Must have good communication skills (verbal & written)
• Must be good with networking & IT infrastructure setup

Educational Degree in IT or relevant field.
