- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2+ years focused on
- Atlassian platforms (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence)
- Demonstrated experience with Atlassian Data Center to Cloud migrations or
- large-scale Atlassian platform upgrades
- Strong understanding of Jira and Confluence administration, including workflows,
- schemes, permissions, and project configurations
- Experience inventorying and assessing third-party Marketplace apps (e.g.,
- ScriptRunner, Tempo, Zephyr, BigPicture, Comala, etc.)
- Proficiency in documenting integration architectures and API-based connections
- Experience facilitating UAT, defect triage, and Hypercare activities
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, IT, security, and business
- stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Atlassian certifications (ACP-100, ACP-120, or equivalent)
- Familiarity with Atlassian Cloud migration tools (Jira Cloud Migration Assistant,
- Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant)
- Experience with enterprise SSO/SAML integrations (Okta, Azure AD) in the
- context of Atlassian Cloud
- Knowledge of Atlassian Access / Guard and cloud security/governance features
- Background in ITSM or DevOps environments
- Experience working in a cybersecurity or high-compliance technology
- environment
- Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, GitHub, Jenkins, Slack, or similar that
- commonly integrate with Jira/Confluence
