Human Resources Executive ( 1-2 years ) Full Time

We are looking for an HR Executive with hands-on experience in Payroll, HRMS, Talent Acquisition, and Performance Management. The candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling end-to-end HR operations in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
• Handle monthly payroll, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation
• Maintain and manage employee records through HRMS platforms
• Support performance appraisal, KPI tracking, and employee engagement activities
• Coordinate with departments for smooth HR operations and employee lifecycle management
• Prepare HR reports, MIS, and maintain compliance-related documentation

Required Skills

• Experience in Payroll and HR Operations
• Hands-on knowledge of HRMS platforms like Keka, Zoho People, etc.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR reporting
• Basic understanding of labor laws and compliance

Qualification

• MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant qualification preferred

Candidate should have strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a professional approach towards employee management and HR processes.
