We are hiring an Operations Associate to join our fast-paced marketing and recruitment group working with international (primarily US-based) clients.

• Recruitment arm specializing in executive search & global talent acquisition

Role Overview

This is a hands-on operational role involving varied day-to-day support tasks across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Data entry and database management

• Cold calling and basic client/candidate outreach

• Supporting recruitment and marketing operations

• Coordinating internal tasks and follow-ups

• Handling ad-hoc administrative and operational work

• Ensuring smooth day-to-day execution of assigned tasks

Ideal Profile

• Comfortable with multitasking and fast-paced environments

• Good communication skills (verbal + written)

• Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)

• Willingness to take ownership of varied “do-it-all” tasks

• Prior experience in operations / calling / admin support is a plus
