Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Head of Influencer Marketing to oversee and execute our influencer marketing strategies from our office in Navi Mumbai. This on-site role will involve managing relationships with influencers, designing and implementing campaigns, developing strategic partnerships, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure impactful results. The Head of Influencer Marketing will lead a team, maintain alignment with brand goals, and work collaboratively across departments to deliver integrated campaigns that drive brand visibility and engagement.

• Strategic planning and campaign development skills, including the ability to design and execute innovative influencer marketing strategies.
• Strong relationship-building and networking abilities to collaborate effectively with influencers, brand partners, and internal teams.
• Expertise in performance analysis, reporting, and data-driven decision-making to evaluate and maximize campaign ROI.
• Knowledge of content creation, social media platforms, and influencer trends aligned with the latest marketing strategies.
• Leadership and management experience to guide teams, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Exceptional communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.
• Experience in influencer marketing, PR, digital marketing, or a related field is required; prior experience in a leadership role is preferred.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is a plus.
