Social Media & community building Full Time

Location – Andheri west

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee content publishing on Swastik YouTube and social media platforms
• Assist in content ideation and support the development of engaging digital content
• Coordinate with the Graphics team for creation of social media creatives and artwork
• Ensure timely posting of content as per defined schedules and timelines
• Build, engage, and manage communities across WhatsApp and other direct communication channels
• Capture and analyze feedback from viewes to understand audience preferences and behavior
• Identify emotional and engagement patterns from community interactions
• Translate audience feedback into actionable content insights and recommendations
• Maintain active relationships with online communities and stakeholders
• Support any additional social media or digital-related ad hoc tasks assigned by the reporting manager

Desired Skills:

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital engagement
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Creative mindset with an interest in content and community building
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines effectively
• Basic understanding of audience insights and online behavior trends

Preferred Background:

• 2–5 years of experience in social media, community management, digital content, or related roles
• Experience in kids’, family, entertainment, or media-focused content will be an added advantage
