What you’ll be doing

What will your essential responsibilities include?

• Design, write, and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Build and manage data pipelines to load data from Azure data bricks.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across systems.
• Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Develop data quality check reports.
• Document data models, workflows, and reporting processes.
• Support quarterly project releases by participating in various Integration, Regression and user acceptance testing cycles.

You will report to Senior Manager, Chief Accounting and Capital Office.

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:

Required Skills And Abilities

• Require BE/MCA for financial data management role.
• Relevant post qualification experience.
• Robust proficiency in SQL – joins, store procedures, subqueries, CTEs, aggregations, window functions, query optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, report development).
• Proficiency in DAX and Power Query (M language).
• Experience with Power BI Service (workspaces, gateways, dataflows, deployment pipelines).
• Good understanding of data visualization best practices.
• Experience connecting Power BI to various data sources.
• Knowledge of data pipeline/ETL tools (e.g., Azure Data Factory).
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling techniques.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Desired Skills And Abilities

• Robust proficiency in querying and manipulating large data sets for analytical purposes using SQL.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and root cause analysis.
• Organized, methodical and able to deal with multiple priorities effectively doing multitasking.
• Must be proactive and ability to work under limited supervision.
• Mental flexibility to creatively extract actionable insights from massive, highly sophisticated, multi-dimensional datasets while ensuring data quality.
• Support Data flow and reconciliation for any external or internal Finance as well as System audit.
• Capable of working effectively across borders and across cultures.
