Are you a data-driven marketer who thrives on scaling campaigns and optimizing search performance? We’re looking for a Performance Marketer + SEO Specialist to join our team and take ownership of end-to-end digital growth.

🔍 Role Overview

This role combines Performance Marketing and SEO expertise to drive traffic, generate leads, and improve overall digital performance. You will be responsible for managing paid campaigns, optimizing organic visibility, and ensuring consistent growth across channels.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

1. SEO Management

• Perform keyword research and implement on-page & off-page SEO strategies
• Optimize website structure, content, and technical SEO
• Monitor rankings, traffic, and performance using tools like Google Analytics & Search Console
• Conduct regular SEO audits and competitor analysis

2. Performance Marketing

• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on:
• Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and ROI optimization
• A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting
• Track and report campaign performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.)

3. Website Optimization

• Improve website performance, conversion rates, and user experience
• Work closely with design & development teams for landing page optimization

4. Google My Business (GMB) Management

• Manage and optimize GMB profiles
• Improve local SEO rankings and visibility
• Handle updates, reviews, and performance tracking

5. Team Management

• Lead and coordinate with internal teams (design, content, dev)
• Delegate tasks and ensure timely execution of campaigns
• Provide strategic direction and performance insights

💼 Requirements

• Proven experience in SEO & Performance Marketing
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads
• Strong understanding of analytics tools (GA4, Search Console, etc.)
• Knowledge of keyword research tools and SEO best practices
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

💰 Salary

• ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience & skills)
