Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a SaaS Sales Manager. The SaaS Sales Manager will develop and execute sales strategies, identify potential clients, and drive revenue growth by introducing Vedha IT Solutions’ SaaS products. Responsibilities include building strong client relationships, conducting product presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring successful onboarding. The role also involves working closely with internal teams to align sales efforts with business goals and provide customer feedback to support product development.

• Strong sales acumen with experience in SaaS sales and account management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales pipeline management
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to address customer challenges
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Familiarity with current SaaS market trends and technologies
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Previous experience in working with startups or fast-paced environments is advantageous
