- Coordinate with editors and designers for smooth content execution and timely delivery.
- Research market trends, viral audios, competitors, and niche-specific content ideas.
- Manage posting schedules and ensure consistency across all social media platforms.
- Handle audience engagement, including comments, DMs, and community interactions.
- Assist clients with influencer and creator collaboration planning and execution.
- Track social media performance metrics and suggest strategies for growth and engagement improvement.
- Work on brands across FMCG, beauty, fashion, cafés, restaurants, and hospitality industries.
