Business Development (Sales) Internship in Mohali Full Time

We are looking for a driven and confident Business Development Intern who can independently handle outreach, lead generation, client communication, and business growth activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be comfortable using AI tools, and be capable of managing business development tasks proactively.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential clients, partners, and business opportunities
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research and identify qualified leads and decision-makers
• Perform cold email outreach, including drafting, sending, and managing follow-ups
• Handle lead generation and maintain prospect pipelines
• Draft, send, and manage professional outreach emails and follow-ups
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Create business proposals, presentations, and sales materials
• Manage client communication and coordinate meetings
• Use AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT for research, drafting, outreach, and workflow optimization
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with prospects and clients
• Track outreach performance and business development activities

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal
• Strong professional email writing skills
• Hands-on experience using Claude and ChatGPT
• Confidence in handling outreach and client conversations independently
• Strong research, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and result-oriented
• Proficiency in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in business development, sales, marketing, or client handling
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
