Branding, Marketing and Office Administration Associate – PSG India

Are you a multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment? PSG India is looking for a dynamic Associate to manage our Marketing, Media, and Office Operations. If you have a “get-it-done” attitude and 2–4 years of experience, we want to talk to you!

• Location: Pune (In-office)
• Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday)
• Shift Timing:10.30 AM to 8.00PM IST
• Salary: 4.5 to 5 LPA
• Requirement: Immediate Joiners Only
• Reports To: Growth Executive

The Role:

As an Associate at PSG, you will wear multiple hats, acting as the heartbeat of our Pune office and the face of our internal brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Branding & Media: Manage social media presence, internal and external marketing (company videos/messages/post), and brand consistency across the office.
• Event Management: Plan and execute internal PSG events, town halls, and team-building activities.
• Office Administration: Oversee daily office operations, vendor management, manage client visits and cab & facility coordination to ensure a seamless work environment.
• Marketing Support: Assist in localized marketing efforts and collateral creation for the India market.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 2–4 years in Admin, Marketing, or Event Coordination.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills (you’ll be the voice of PSG!).
• Mindset: Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Availability: Must be able to join immediately and comfortable with a 6-day work week.
